Jordan Love

Needs to find a glove he can throw with. He looked like a Cali boy who had never seen snow before.

Hey Tania, so what's the prognosis on Jordan? Missed seeing him out there today.

I agree, get him a glove. He really struggles with throwing tie ball in the cold. It seemed he couldn’t put much zip on it either.

I think they need to go out under lights about 7 at night and run drills in the cold.

They need to do something different for sure. Cant have the offense take the entire day off, but 1 series.

He looked like a "wimp" (not saying he is) on TV! So afraid to take his hands out of his warmer that he wanted off the field quick. You could see it whenever he was shown on the screen. He has had a phenomenal year, but he has to be tougher mentally and physically in bad weather. Next week in Boise is going to be cold as well. He better figure it out quick or we get rolled by booozzzzeeee.

I think he also needs to ignore the admonitions to avoid running too much. Several of those gives he needed to keep. He will need to take the risk next week.

The weird part is that his entire throwing mechanics looked off. He threw off his back foot constantly, he looked uncomfortable in the pocket. Those things shouldn't be affected by cold weather.

Seriously needs to figure it out quick if we want to win the next 2

He was definitely off today....he mostly under-threw his passes-had to be a result of the cold. I was at the game-and when the offense was on the sideline-he was warming-up by throwing the ball, and at one time I saw that he had on a huge pair of gloves. So yes.....I think the cold affected his throwing. The team should invest in some hand-warmers for him for next game-because it looks like it will be cold for that one too!

In all seriousness—with their indoor practice facility....is there a way to simulate below freezing conditions? Can they cause that place to be around freezing or colder?

I'm actually really smart, probably smarter than you are so if you disagree with what I have stated in this post, you are likely wrong (and dumb).

Really, that would be awesome! I've wanted this leading up to CSU. The weather in Boise looks to be snowy in the morning with a high of 43 and low of 28.
It's about 25ish in the valley bout 7 at night.
As a head Coach do we change our practice routine to drill in the cold at night to prepare or keep doing what we've been doing??

Chicago Bears kicker Cody Parkey has been practicing at Soldier Field all week after struggling in the cold and windy elements (making millions to kick, it seems like something he should always do).

Hope our guys get at least a little time outside and under the lights simulating game time elements.
