In bigger news: someone was watching Channel 4.
Who were they quoting? Sources? Pete Thamel quoting sources? Sky Coach quoting Pete Thamel quoting sources?
Nobody here knows anything.

Re: It is Gary
How about if Gary becomes the all time winners coach at USU, we change it.
Go Grizzlies, Jazz, Real SL, Seahawks, USA! Go Aggies!

Seriously. Everyone should re-watch the “highlight” video on the other thread of the last time we played North Texas for a reminder of how things used to be. shudder:letsbehonest wrote:6 long years? Were you around before Gary?
It’s amazing how far the program has come.

Re: It is Gary
You mean our best 6 years since the early ‘70s? Our best 6 years in the past 40+? Besides Gary doing it once in his last year, we had not won 9 games or more in a season since 1972. Wells did that 3 times in those ‘long’ 6 years.
Some people have short memories or haven’t been around very long.....

Re: It is Gary
I'm sure if those donors want to give PA an agreeable amount of money, a board name change is feasible. And I don't know PA, but I'm guessing he's not cheapAGNUMPI wrote: ↑December 8th, 2018, 6:23 amUh oh! Re: It is Gary
I hope this report is false. GA will win games which is most important, but he’s a known liar, does not develop coordinators and assistants well (if they will work for him), he quits on everyone, and then all the rumors of tagging cheerleaders at O State.
I do love his defensive strategy and the program will look great for two years. I worry about the long term health of the program.

Do...do you remember what the health of this program used to be like pre-Gary?bull wrote: ↑December 8th, 2018, 2:28 pmI hope this report is false. Re: It is Gary
Really wasn't Wells a coordinator under GA. What about Aranda at LSU, or Coach Chad DL coach at BSU, then there's Maile, Tulaki, Raymond, Bounight. I'd say that's a pretty good list of coaches that have worked under him. And those are only the ones who worked for him at USU.
