I'm trying to confirm but it seems like this is who it will be.
Reading an article about his departure, an old name from the past appeared. Bob Cole (who was leg go as QB coach at MSU in November).

I loved Bob "The Mad Bomber" Cole's offenses. The problem was they would put up 45 points while the defense allowed 50.

His Twitter account today shows a new USU header and states that he is the CB coach at USU.
