If they're being tight lipped, I'm guessing he commited else where. Hill maybe but I'm hoping for one of the Bingham boys or Vincent!!

It's not Cooper Legas. He is a sign & send though. He's going on a mission. Even if he did commit it seems the odds are decent he would flip to BYU.

Interesting. The news on him has always been that he's going on a mission. Maybe that's changing? Also, I don't know how much stock one should put in this post on cougarboard, but it's still interesting. I put some stock in sit because USU has been recruiting him but he hasn't committed yet even though we're easily his best offer at the QB position.I will say the "partial scholarship" thing is crap though. There's no such thing in football. Maybe it's partial academic with a walk on offer to the football team.

Coach Andersen offered Legas and his teammate Hunter Hill the night that Andersen was hired so both kids have only had their offers for about 3 weeks. With signing day and the holidays, there hasn't been much of an opportunity for either kid to explore Utah State up close and personal recently. But with the dead period ending in just a few days, I would expect things to pickup quickly, not only for Legas and Hill but for our other remaining targets as well. I will say this, Hill was intrigued enough by the Utah State offer, that he put off signing with Washington State.

I have it on good authority that Cooper is pretty much sold on USU>byu. My source is a byu fan who lives by Cooper.
