Not sure what the event was called. Did anyone on the forum attend? I see Greg Kragen was honored and was in attendance. I was in school when he played here. Man has to be near 60, but from photos of the event, he looked very fit and did not look his age. He was a helluva player.

I guess Al Smith was also in attendance. Never forget that interception return for a score against YBU. They shellacked us, but Al had nice play in that game---about our only nice play. We've come along way baby.

I met Al and Greg Saturday afternoon. Both guys were very gracious and very happy to be back.

I gathered that it was a high end fundraiser event with bigger name aggie players as guests. Cant confirm but two people said it was a fundraiser

It was a fund raiser, tickets were 5k a couple, roughly 180k raised.
