Josh Bowcut
Josh Bowcut 6'5" 280lbs Defensive Tackle out of high school had originally signed with Gary at Oregon. He is on his mission and just about to come home now. He has stated today to a family member of mine he would like to come to Utah State if Gary is still interested. https://247sports.com/Player/Josh-Bowcut-94329/ I am not sure how to communicate this to the Gary so I am putting it here. Maybe 22 can let Gary know? You can PM me if needed and I can give the info to get into contact with Josh.

I think Gary somehow knows if the kid is telling people. Mom and dad have probably already spoken with Gary. Or maybe his mission president did . . . humor.

Last I checked Gary didn’t coach at BYU, Josh made no mention a week ago of having any interest in BYU or even thinking about BYU. Kid still has an offer from OSU. I believe the BYU thing to be a bit of levity.

On the Big Whoop. I hear you. However, he seems to want to play for Gary, if Gary wants him, then I trust that. Its guys with attitudes like that which have brought U-State to where we are now. Keep in mind he was 6'5" 280 out of high school, it has been two years. I wonder if he's grown at all? He certainly has the platform to build into where he fits also a guy in his mission is going to U-State so they can be tight buddies. Stuff like that is what gets you through the tough times. Anyway that's my two cents but yeah I admit I am a bit bias at this point, I'm gonna be a big fan of his.
