Given that Tre Miller had to "retire" and there was earlier talk of Morian Walker transferring, I have to think the odds are fairly high we would try to bring in Ula and Gary has a great relationship with him.

My only worry is from the same comment was talking about Morian Walker maybe transferring by AggiesForever.
.."I've heard that OC Sanford isn't big on big downhill backs-- they want guys who are multifaceted and can run AND catch the ball out of the backfield, more like Michael Smith and Kerwynn Williams of the past. Walker apparently was not proving to be adept in the latter role and there is some thinking that he'll transfer now. I hope not. We'll have a need for him at some point this year."
Tolutau has caught 2 passes in his CFB career.

Considering the problems he has with ball security, it might be worth still bringing him in but moving him to linebacker since that position doesn't require ball security.

In fact, you could say that position encourages a lack of ball security
