The fact #1 is being announced the day after the BYU-Utah game makes me believe Love has to be #1.

I assumed they would announce #2 and #1 on the same day. Otherwise, I think it's a bit anticlimactic.

I can’t imagine Love being anything other than #1 at this point.
I'm betting he gets #2 or #3. Salt Lake media bias has to play...right?
A very possible first round qb, be highway robbery if anyone was ahead of him. Of course utes will say they have a corner who is a possible first round pick as well.
And a first-round DB is more valuable than a first-round QB right?
These voters have made it clear they value quarterbacks very highly. How else would you explain Wilson and Huntly both being in the top 10? They both might not actually be top 10 players on their own teams.

The fact that BYU's top player is listed as #10 and that there are two Aggies ranked ahead of him (despite the media bias) has gotta make BYU fans' heads explode. I love it!

Nice, I haven’t been keeping track, I’m assuming Zack Moss is the Ute left correct? Love deserves #1 but would be shocked if they give it to him.

I can see Moss being #1 and I don't think there would be anything to complain about. The premise is "who is the best player?" That's an open ended question and the interpretation is up to the voter. If the voter is looking at who is most likely to succeed at the next level, then even I would argue it's Moss.

Love did fantastic last year against a weak schedule. #2 gives him an appropriate level of respect(and a chip on his shoulder).

They'll announce Moss as #2 leading into the game tomorrow and Love as #1 leading into the game on Friday. Just like they planned right?

I have no issue at all with Moss being #1. He's an incredible running back and nearly unstoppable in college if he's healthy.

Congratulations to Jordan Love on being the highest rated QB in Utah in the 60 in 60. I can make just as much of an argument for him being #1 as I can for Zack Moss.

Good luck against Wake Forest tomorrow!

I'd guess that Love will be drafted ahead of Moss. NFL just doesn't value RBs that much anymore.

I have no problem with Zach Moss being #1. He is a helluva player. It could have easily have been Jordan Love.

But do you know what this whole 60 in 60 thing proves? If you have a large enough fan base and can mobilize them to vote, you can get all of your favorite team's players voted in the top 10 in the fan vote.

And, the media are as big a homers as we've always said they are in the state of Utah. Either that or greatly misinformed. You can make the case that they really AREN'T all that IMPARTIAL, because the top 10 totally proves that. David Woodward is an all-American, and he's only the 6th best player in this state? Tipa Galeai was in the top 10 in the country in sacks, and the best he can do in the state of Utah is #13? Savon Scarver is a CONSENSUS all-American for hell sakes, and the best he can muster in the state of Utah is #21? There is definite bias in this list toward anybody at BYU (despite the fact they have stunk the past 3 years), and Utah because, well, its the PAC12 afterall. I know I shouldn't get so ticked about this, but . . . I am.

I think the top 10 is pretty accurate. Sure there is some debate but I don't think the top is overly biased.

Actually, the size of your fanbase has very little to do with the rankings. The fans did vote this year for the first time but the combined fan vote made one vote of the 20 voters. So you had 19 media members and the collective vote of the fans ranking the players.

I would say the top 9 is pretty accurate. WIlson at 10 is unfounded. He may end up being perfectly valid being in the top 10, but currently it is wishful thinking.

Yeah haha... Moss right now is definitely the #1 player in the state. Love is awesome but he has steps forward to take to supplant him. Jaylen Johnson is also a dominant corner. Granted corner doesn't have a huge impact on the game, but he was still a shutdown defender last night.

Tipa should be top 10. It is hard to know guys beyond the best 4-5 on each team.

Zach Wilson is better than Huntley, but both are far from being solid.
