We now know broadcast information for every game this year except LSU.

ProvoAggie: here's a rookie question about Maverik Stadium. My daughter starts school next week, I want to buy football tickets for homecoming. Where do the crazies and rowdies sit? I'm aiming for the complete Aggie Football fan experience next month.

Honestly any seat in the Mav is a good seat! If you are looking to get a bit wild the east side is usually a little more upbeat than the other sections.A Man In Full wrote: ↑August 16th, 2019, 1:16 pmProvoAggie: here's a rookie question about Maverik Stadium. Section 115. It's down low to the field and near the endzone, so the sitelines aren't great, but it is usually one of the more full sections, is right next to the student section, and often has players' family in it. The other side of the SEZ (Section 107?) is pretty good, too, I believe.

After years of sitting in the northeast corner with the band I can say that the sight lines in the corners aren’t bad at all. It is very true that there isn’t a bad seat in the stadium.BigBlueDart wrote: ↑August 16th, 2019, 1:48 pmSection 115. I’m also in 115 this year
Will respond whenever you ask what the band is doing

Come say hi to me and BearLakeMonster, then. We should be pretty easy to spot on the 2nd row. 1 dude in a morphsuit, and another dude in a grass skirt and coconut bra.trombone_ninja wrote: ↑August 16th, 2019, 3:33 pmAfter years of sitting in the northeast corner with the band I can say that the sight lines in the corners aren’t bad at all. Provo’s cheap (I can't express myself without swearing) sits wherever the seat is the free-est.A Man In Full wrote:ProvoAggie: here's a rookie question about Maverik Stadium. BBD speaks truth, Section 115 is lots of fun, but make sure you don't openly criticize any players because you never know if their family members are sitting nearby. It wasn't in section 115, but I remember one game when some obnoxious guy was ragging on the defense and suddenly a large man wearing a jersey that said "CHICK" across the back stood up and asked the man to follow him outside the stadium. The guy essentially went comatose and refused to respond, but he also didn't say anything the rest of the game.BigBlueDart wrote: ↑August 16th, 2019, 1:48 pmSection 115. I wish we had a lot more Facebook games. They’ve become my favorite. No commercial stoppages, quicker games, and easier streaming access.

Probably for the best, John’s sister who played volleyball all here and I swear I remember her beating up a dude at a party.hipsterdoofus21 wrote:BBD speaks truth, Section 115 is lots of fun, but make sure you don't openly criticize any players because you never know if their family members are sitting nearby. My freshman year I made fun of a girl at a party for wearing a Saskatchewan rough riders hat (being an Edmonton Eskimos guy, this is frowned upon) . I found out very quickly who her brother was.TheAKAggie wrote: ↑August 17th, 2019, 12:23 pmProbably for the best, John’s sister who played volleyball all here and I swear I remember her beating up a dude at a party.hipsterdoofus21 wrote:BBD speaks truth, Section 115 is lots of fun, but make sure you don't openly criticize any players because you never know if their family members are sitting nearby. Re: 2 Games on Facebook this year. (SB and @UNM)
Although I find the FB broadcasts really annoying, it's better than no game at all for a guy who lives on the east coast. If I could get the radio broadcast and the gameplay on the FB broadcast to sync up, I'd be in business. I really just don't like the stories they try to come up with... a la "go find a tuba player to interview."

I have actually enjoyed the games I have watched on FB. Certainly the production is the not as good as established networks. That being said I certainly think they have a future with their games.
