Stranded seat policy?

I'm trying to buy 1 ticket for today's game by my season tickets and it's telling me I can't buy it because it will leave 1 stranded seat next to it. Any way around this?

I have a stranded seat next to me, bought mine at ticket office.

You can do it over the phone or in person but the website doesn't ever allow it.

It would be nice if you could buy a ticket today. I have a buddy that has been trying to buy the seat next to him all morning. It wouldn't let him buy it online. The ticket office is closed today, so he went up to the stadium at 12:30 and they told him that the office didn’t open until 3 hrs before kick-off. That’s just bad business in my opinion. The ticket office should be open all morning on game day.

Concur entirely. A lot of people decide at the last minute to go, and ticket office closed.

Where do transferred tickets go
My daughter accepted my tickets and now can’t find them
Should she go to will call

I've had tickets transferred to me a few times and I got an e-mail that allowed me to accept them.

She showed her email from me and they gave her the tickets
Thanks for helping I sure could not figure this out as I am on a vacation and Ben Peterson is not answering his phone
Maybe he does not work at the ticket office anymore

Our Aggie ticket offices havent had a direct line to call on game day since my first year as a season ticket holder which was in 2012. :bananafire:
