Blowing out the Tar Heels 21-0 with 9 mins left 2nd Qtr. Still early but the Deacons are walking all over NC as of now.

Did you look at the stats? Wake has completely shut Carolina down.

Yep something like 2 first downs for NC in the 1st half. Wake comes out conservative at halftime.

This game is making me feel dumb. I wanted to bet on WF but NC beat Miami. Miami played Florida close.... overthinking. It was a close line. Nice to see WF doing good.

Weird rule. UNC should have had another play. Running back should have got out of bounds way faster though.

The ref ruled his forward progress had stopped in bounds. You can see him wind his arm to keep the clock going.

What happened to the big bowling ball running back that Wake had against USU?

I can't find any reports on a specific injury. I remember the announcers said he had shoulder surgery and ours was good first game back. Maybe he's having issues.

He hasn't played since we played them. He was a big part of their Offense, that dude is a Horse and they still are winning without him. I'd say this makes us look pretty good. Now we need to prove it on the road in San Diego.

Even worse then - should have stopped the clock while they set the chains.

It looked to me like he stepped out of bounds with 1 second on the clock. Is that enough time to set up and snap a play when the clock starts again?

That win vs Wake would have been huge! Makes me go crazy thinking how close we were to winning. Wake may end up 2nd behind Clemson in the ACC Atlantic.

Wake is a solid team. It is giving me a little more confidence going forward. We need the SDSU game badly, I am hoping the team comes out with guns blazing.
