It's super interesting what we are building on our O-line for the future.
Hunter Hill last year, and now some solid guys this year. 247 has Alex Harrison warmer to USU.
Could really be a smash mouth line 3-4 years from now that is dominating in the run game.
Time is not our friend with the "O" linemen. I believe we have an excellent "O" line coach in T J Woods and with this last season his offensive linemen had their baptism of fire.... Next season must be the year as they are all we now have.

I am fairly confident in the O--line moving forward. Two years ago we had basically a new offensive line and while they were not great they were serviceable. Fast forward to last year and that same offensive line that was new the year before was a very good group last year. I think we should be fine. We also will be adding Hunter Hill from his red shirt year which he was a huge get coming out of high school. I am a lot more concerned with the D-line next year than I am the O-line.

And know not to drift downfield on pass plays before the ball is thrown? Some very untimely "ineligible receiver downfield" calls really hurt several drives this season.

I don't think that will be a problem. Get the feeling Sanford is not going to be an RPO guy much longer. Hopefully he is more enthusiastic and creative in his pro set.

It seems to me that it's apparent USU backed off recruiting the freshman DB's because the coaches have identified DB as an obvious position of need next season. They need to offer JC guys more ready to play immediately and with limited spots in this class they can't bring in both.

Go get Jamal Potts from Columbi’s dad in Florida. I don’t care if he is a freshman. Put him with a juco corner he can learn from.

USU was recruiting him but backed off and is no longer offering. Him & Upton Stout are who I was referring to.
