Awesome game for the Flashes. Reminds me of our Hawaii game many moons ago.

And I remember that season ending with a heartbreaking bowl loss.

It was fun because, to be honest, Kent completely stunk for 50 minutes of that game. Total domination by Buffalo, a total joke. Then it all turned, just like that, and led to winning the last three games bringing us here today. Learning how to win.

Anyway, I think Kent has their hands full tonight in USU. I saw USU against Wake (was pulling for your guys) and you guys have some dudes for sure. I also watched the Nevada game (don't like them or their basketball team) and that was a beat down. I've seen a few of your games over the last couple years and you guys are always super competitive. It's going to be a challenge for the Family tonight.

Tonight could be a breakthrough night for KSU though, and to go from 2-10 last year to a bowl this year tells me the kids have bought into Coach Lewis and his program. The talent level is getting better with the last two recruiting classes and Flash football is fun again. Tonight would be the cherry on top and I hope like all get out Kent wins, but in complete transparency, this season has already exceeded expectations and we are playing with house money at this point.
