Love rated day 2 guy by espn

Post by usu99 » December 20th, 2019, 4:02 pm

Just saw a video from some ESPN guy saying Love is a day 2 prospect. Ouch.

I just posted about this in a different already going thread. McShay and Kiper only care about guys from big conferences and I’m surprised he even mentioned Love. Just running some promotional stuff trying to hype the bowl game so people will watch. McShay needs to lay off the McDonald's. Getting swole in the wrong places.

What are the rules after declaring for the draft? Is he committed at this point?

Isn't day 2 rounds 2 and 3? What's wrong with that? I would say that's accurate at this point.

He's not coming back to Utah State. He can't sign with an agent yet but he has had serious conversation with one and I believe he has decided who to go with. I REPEAT Jordan has NOT signed with an agent.

Remember that these are the two guys that railed on the Seahawks for drafting Bobby Wagner.

Day 2 is a great thing. That means 2nd or 3rd round pick. I agree with him.

I think he's probably a day 2 pick, but I think what'll happen is he'll go to the combine and blow them away and someone will pick him earlier than they should. We already heard the Manning bros talk about how he stood out at their camp. He'll be working out along side those same dudes at the combine.

Go Aggies!

They wish it ended at Bobby Wagner. Only looking at Seattle players drafted before 2015.

So what’s wrong with being a day 2 guy in the NFL draft?

I think that is pretty awesome to be one of the top 5 or 6 QBs in the country!

Sorry if I don’t understand.

Jordan will be a good NFL QB.

First one we have had since Eric Hipple?

He's a day 2 guy who will become a first round guy because some GM can't resist. And I think it will be good pick.

Love had his best game of the season. Too bad it took all year for that to happen. He pretty much slept through the year. That's coaching. I thought early on he needed some discipline. Clearly he got "woke" after the "incident" and you see how he responded? Incredible game! Night and day difference from his performances during the season. Looking away from his targets, using his feet, decisions. and MY oh My his arm was live and in color.

I thought he was a 3-4th rounder after the season, but I'd move him up after yesterday to the 2nd-3rd

He'll need to deal with the "slacker/stoner" image.

Elsapo absolutely agree NFL throws throughout the game. Flawless mechanics and footwork working the pocket yesterday. He was grading at a 4th round and I think yesterday’s game enhances the chance of going earlier regardless of the incident. One of the comments I have consistently heard from scouts is that he is a high character kid who is very coachable so much so that I don’t think the incident is going to hurt him whatsoever. What a pleasure to watch him.
