How is he only a 2* if he is the #7 in the country for his position?

Exactly. The powers-that-be that handle the rating system rarely pays any attention to special teams. Honestly, every other Under Armour All-American that is a position player is a 4* or 5* dude.

I'm a little shocked we got this guy for a PWO. Seems like a steal. He'll likely earn a scholarship quick though.
