Looks like chances of raiders drafting Love are very slim now.

Is Carr's contract coming due? Signing Mariota could just be a negotiating tool. They have to see he isn't better than Carr. Maybe Mariotta is a stop gap while they draft the QB of the future.

Looks like Tom Brady is leaving the Patriots!!!

Perhaps the Patriots will trade up in the draft to snag Jordan Love. I don't like the Patriots, but having Bill Belichick as a coach would undoubtedly help jump start Love's career.

Without looking it up, if I remember correctly, Carr signed a mega-deal just two or three years ago?

It looks like he is signed through 2023.

Jordan Love would be better off under almost any head coach than Gruden, in my opinion. Here in Tampa Gruden crushed the life out of every young QB and even said he hated rookie QBs. Unless he's changed he has no patience with young QBs.

Rivers only got a one year deal. They could still plan on drafting JLove.

I think it is still in the plan for the Colts to try and land Love. Everyone agreed that the best thing for his long term success was to sit a year and learn from a veteran. This is a pretty good guy to learn from and a decent setup for Colt fans.
