Re: Season Tickets
What should we talk about in this one?
Some prices went up, some stayed the same.
Contraband is cool as long as you don't get a paper cut from the wrappers.
Deadline is quickly approaching.
Hope there is a season.
Go Aggies!

Re: Season Tickets
Not getting anything until I know what is happening. If the season gets backed up till October, I just don’t see attending home games in December.

Re: Season Tickets
I believe that refunds for tickets will be given if the games are canceled, so there is no risk to buying them now. Also, I have no inside information to know how decisions will be made, but it seems like if there is a restriction on capacity to accommodate any potential social distancing requirements, you would think that season ticket holders would get priority to be included in the limited number of fans who can attend. I realize that the people working in the ticket office have not portrayed a consistent ability to use logical thinking in the past, so I might be giving them too much benefit of the doubt, but they would be stupid to exclude the loyalty demonstrated by those who have prepaid for season tickets. Just a thought. Sorry of this post is too serious for this thread. I will immediately go back meaningless complaining and not funny jokes to offend all.

Re: Season Tickets
I bought my tickets yesterday.
If the season is cancelled then you have 10 days to request a refund. If you do, you get the refund.
If you don't, your money goes to 2021/2022 unless you want to donate it to the AD for 2020/2021.
If the season is truncated, you are refunded appropriately.
Seems like a no loss proposition and it helps the school in the meantime. Sitting on my hands and waiting wasn't going to help the school.

Re: Season Tickets
I renewed my season tickets, without hesitation. I won't be wearing a mask and I'll be yelling loudly!!ususports wrote: ↑May 21st, 2020, 3:39 pmI believe that refunds for tickets will be given if the games are canceled, so there is no risk to buying them now. Re: Season Tickets
At this point I'd be blown away if they let anyone attend without a mask. I hope the state of things changes for the better before the season begins so that that can change.IdaAg93 wrote: ↑May 26th, 2020, 10:17 pmI renewed my season tickets, without hesitation. Re: Season Tickets
Implicit with wearing masks is the ubiquitous "social distancing" suggestion, which spacing seems to disappear while shopping. With masks required then 6' distancing wouldn't be a stretch, except if one couldn't access his game day seat There are intangibles all around at this time. Even Dr. Fauci has changed his expectations regarding the potential of a second wave of flu. Hope to see all of us at the MAV this fall.

Re: Season Tickets
Rewind 10 years and we had this social distancing thing down at Romney stadium. Wouldn't have been an issue with our small crowds.

Re: Season Tickets
We we bought our season tickets early this month, the west side was pretty heavily sold. Can't speak for the balance of the stadium though.
