Agreed. If player health and safety is a concern there is no chance they play games in May and September and potentially 20+ games in a 12-month period.

I cannot figure out how they would have a spring and a fall schedule. It would be very tough on the players; I'd rather they just put it off until next fall.

Exactly. There has been no transparency on how decisions are being made. They need to let people know what their guidelines are to return. Just every few weeks kicking the can down the road isn't a real strategy.
