Things you want in a coach

You want someone who will chastise the media like how Nick Saban does it, and will not be afraid to yell at a sideline reporter! And someone that isn't scared to toss his headset like Urban Meyer!

A coach who can motivate his players to fight hell with a bucket of water.

We need someone young and hungry!! Look at how Coach Smith acts on the sidelines and talks about his team and players in interviews compared to how GA was.. I never saw any passion in GA part 2.

Overall, I'm very excited and hopeful for the future. It's time for a fresh start.

Someone who doesn't want to be at USU longterm. Someone who is motivated like hell to turn this thing around and win games as soon as possible.
