MCgriff

Needs to learn to take care of the ball. He drives me nuts the way h is so loose with carrying the ball

True.

But tonight you saw the match problem he is for a defense. We should have been exploiting that all year.

Hands and ball possession.
Got to love this kids physical attributes though!
He was our best WR by a long way tonight.

He has the potential to be one of the best receivers to come out of USU. He needs a lot of developing, but the raw talent is there.

That fumble was terrible. Also, he catches the ball like he is a 5’6” receiver. Someone teach this guy how to use his body.

In his defense he hasn’t had much game experience with the ball in his hands. Nice to see us air it out and spread it around yesterday.

I think yesterday we saw a good overview of his game. We saw why Utah State went after him and why they think so highly of him, but we also saw why he wasn't very heavily recruited. He's got great size and talent, but that doesn't matter much if you can't take care of the ball.

Pretty good game considering he's recovering from hand surgery.

I was glad to see Wright get some throws his way. I think he is undervalued.

Team doctor saw him having trouble putting on gloves and noticed that his thumbs were on backwards.

Wait the surgery on his hands was in part to replace the thumbs? 😁
