Coach Anderson Family
I am curious, all the reports (including Wikipedia) say he has two kids, does anyone know how old they are?

Can? Absolutely.
Will? Who knows. His first OC who served 2014-15 is now HC at UMass after being OC at Maryland and Florida State. His first DC is DC at Houston.
Lot of it comes down to the chemistry of the staff, the team, and even a measure of luck. A win here or there he's at a P5 a loss here or there, we let his contract lapse and he's an assistant someplace. 2016 we dropped the first four games. Game 5 against Georgia Southern, the final drive QB Justice Hansen scrambles for a first down on 4th and 13 and then few plays later hits Omar Bayless (now with the Panthers) on the boundary in the end zone for the winning TD. Replay is too close to call, so ruling on the field stands. If official rules he's out of bounds before completing the catch replay wouldn't have overturned it. That would have been five straight instead of an 8-1 finish might have finished under .500 and been on the ropes.
2011 if Hugh Freeze doesn't get a favorable replay at Western Kentucky on whether or not the Hilltoppers gained a first down on a fourth down attempt, he doesn't go undefeated in league play. Next week, if Don Jones doesn't block a punt for a TD at ULM he maybe does no better than 6-2 in conference and likely worse because the team isn't so confident.
Every coach has those turning points and if they don't fall your way, you fail.

If he wins here, do you think he jumps to a bigger program? At 51 years old, I would guess he’s not looking for that at this stage of his life (and given how long he stayed at Ark St), but curious your thoughts.
