I'd like to thank the video bot for archiving these games. The true MVP!

This post is likely straight up poor sarcasm and cannot be taken seriously.

Oh the byu announcers did exactly what douchebags do and that was find excuse after excuse of why they got their asses beat that night. Brian Logan was a complete dink when it came to Brian Suites tackle that broke Taysom’s leg. Hans Olsen was one of the only ones to take a level approach with what happened.tipitup wrote: ↑July 20th, 2021, 8:04 amwe are talking a lot about the fan overhyping the game, just watch the BYU announcers. that was one of the best parts, watching them eat crow big time in the post game interviews. they didn't know what to say!swordsman1989 wrote: ↑July 19th, 2021, 11:58 pmI love re-watching that game, with all the BYU hype and the National Championship trophy on display on the sidelines. The Aggies came in to Provo and owned that place far more than the 35-20 final score indicated.
That game was beautiful!!!!

A game we easily won despite nearly giving it away at the end. Defense was on point overall

Another great one. San Jose State was an 11-2 team that year, yet we went into their house and destroyed them. That 2012 team was great. Too bad we couldn't have made the end of game kick against Wisconsin and gone to the Orange Bowl.

Probably a question for @GameFAQSAggie but if they had the new (proposed) playoff system in 2012. Would we have gotten into the playoff. You take the top 6 conference Champs. Wisconsin won the Big 10 that year and was not ranked, so ironically Wisconsin the big ten would have gave us a shot. I think we might have made it... though I think Boise and Northern Illinois were both ranked too, not sure where they were ranked at the end of the regular season.Aggie formerly in Hawaii wrote: ↑July 24th, 2021, 9:26 am

For one thing, Wisconsin actually finished 3rd in their division that year but got to go the championship cause of Ohio State and Penn State being ineligible cause of sanctions.LarryTheAggie wrote: ↑July 25th, 2021, 2:24 pmProbably a question for @GameFAQSAggie but if they had the new (proposed) playoff system in 2012. Re: Most re-watchable Aggie games of last decade
No, not if things played out the way they did. Had we beat byu or Wisconsin(both games that we easily could have won) then the conversation would have been interesting. We would have likely been ranked right around 12th when the season ended.LarryTheAggie wrote: ↑July 25th, 2021, 2:24 pmProbably a question for @GameFAQSAggie but if they had the new (proposed) playoff system in 2012. Re: Most re-watchable Aggie games of last decade
This was a great game but rewatching it doesn't have the same effect as staying up past midnight, thinking about going to bed because we were losing so bad but waiting just one more series, then another and another until the victory!GameFAQSAggie wrote: ↑July 19th, 2021, 8:00 am3rdGenAggie wrote: ↑July 18th, 2021, 2:37 pmHawaii 2011 - the game that started the turn around.
Chuckie goes down with spinal stinger and is at the hospital, Adam Kennedy comes in and somehow leads us to victory. It was the first game in a long, long time that went our way against the odds.
