Yep, driving over from Phoenix with a buddy, and meeting a couple of Aggie buddies.
I'll just do Seatgeek or stubhub.

I'm a little bummed about the move to Allegiant. Sam Boyd may not have been the best stadium but it was far from the worst and it did offer some of the nicest tailgating. Allegiant seems like a nightmare to tailgate - if you can even park there.

I’m 86ed from Vegas. Last time I was there it was for the shot. One of the best moments of my life but everything went down hill fast from there. Never again! Haha

Re: at UNLV 10/16
here's hoping that my son has a bye that week, they only schedule out the first 4 games in Youth FB, so that they can group the winning teams and the losing teams for the last 6 games, sucks! I got luck two years ago when we got our bye during the Fresno Game, we were able to make a weekend of it and I took the fam to Yosemite, I'd like to do the same on this weekend as well and take the fam to Las Vegas! VEGAS BABY!

Bought 8 tickets in 135 from StubHub. I'm excited to get to another game in Vegas.

Got my tickets from Stubhub also. Prices were quite reasonable. Staying at Southpoint. My tickets are in section 138.

Re: at UNLV 10/16
I checked hotels, Southpoint is a good value, if you've ever stayed there before you know the rooms are big and clean, the only drawback is no mini-fridge and no microwave.

The Vegas area elementary schools are doing a fund raiser for that game. They are offering tickets for $30 if you buy them from a student. So if you know someone in Vegas.
This was going to on the SJSU game but they moved that game to a Thursday ( school night)

Your name reminds me of the best tacos I’ve ever had which happen to be in Vegas. Try the El Pastor tacos at Tacos El Gordo for a divine experience. I'll be there with my family. I'll be recruiting other Aggies down here to show up. Allegiant Stadium is amazing, and I'm sure our players are pumped to get to play on an NFL field. I've been in there a few different times, and it's something you won't regret seeing. Plus the Aggies will likely win this game with ease.

Re: at UNLV 10/16
I'm probably headed to the UNLV vs. Iowa State game this Saturday with plans to watch the USU at Air Force game on delay.
No vaccine is required for the event. I imagine it would be the same on 10/16: https://www.desmoinesregister.com/story ... 177130002/
Nevada currently requires masking, so plan to wear a mask indoors during your time here.

LInkedIn has 1,795 alumni in the Las Vegas, Nevada area (which includes people in St. George who select Las Vegas as the nearest metro). There are more who aren't on LinkedIn. I see Aggie bumper stickers, license plate frames, etc. about once every month or two, but I'm not out driving around very much either.slcagg wrote: ↑September 15th, 2021, 8:15 amAre there many aggies in Vegas?travelingagg wrote: ↑September 15th, 2021, 7:49 amI'll be there with my family. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go. OKAggie might go as well. Could sit anywhere. I like SeatGeek for whatever reason (marketing, probably).
It's not official yet as I'm going to the AFA game this weekend, and I need to give Mrs. 918AGG a one-week buffer between an Aggie game and the proposal of another Aggie game.
Too many Aggie games (or even the thought of too many Aggie games) overloads her senses, and I've learned over the years that I only need to talk about one at a time.

Headed to the game from Phoenix with my wife. Section 141 for seats from stub hub. I thought it was a reasonable price.
If you haven’t checked it out already the Raiders have a cool feature where you can check out the seat view from anywhere in the stadium:
https://raiders.io-media.com/mobile/index.html#/
Also this article was written for the BYU/Arizona game but has some good information that applies for our game about parking:
