I still consider Boise the favorite although it does feel like things are more on a level playing field than some of the years past. We generally struggle with Boise, I do think the Aggies can pull it off if they play well. I just hope the Aggies put on a really great showing with a full stadium and a national TV audience. The opportunity is huge for this program they just need to sieze the moment.

I hope Aggie fans don't get their hopes up too much to be let down, because Boise State is much better than Bronco fans are giving them credit for. This is a fanbase who is used to starting the season 2-1 or 3-0 with a cupcake schedule. We shouldn't be favored to win. The pressure is on Boise State to win. They still have to face SDSU and Fresno State and Nevada. While we face the SJSU, Hawaii and UNLV alternate.

Furthermore, Ok State>Washington St, C Florida>Air Force and while North Dakota may be better than UTEP, they still have the stronger SOS.

Agreed, we will have to play a great game, and our secondary will have to be SIGNIFICANTLY better than it has been to have a shot in this game.

I completely agree. Boise fans are mad, but that is because he expectations are super high for that program. They have a really good team. I do get concerned because I do think they know they need this victory with their upcoming schedule. I expect Boise to come out with everything they got, I just hope the Aggies are up to the challenge.

I think a lot of their fans are more reasonable and rational than some, but yea, they should be. Our home, not the same team as last year, it should be a very good game.

Boise has consistently had one of the highest rated g5 classes year in and year out.

Why Fresno State and SDSU? Because they are a recruiting measuring stick in this conference besides Boise State. How we stack up against CSU or Wyoming doesn't get me excited in recruiting. Both of those programs are in the same boat as us. So, we if raise our level of recruiting it will be because we overcame those two California schools and hopefully Boise State.

Until we beat them again, I don't think they should expect to lose. Maybe worry about playing poorly against us playing well, but I think boise wins fairly easily. Hope I'm wrong.

I think Boise should be worried, or at least have our full attention. Their fans are a bunch of overreactive well....fans. In this case though, they aren't used to this kind of turmoil i.e. two early losses (one at home) and a new coach/offensive system. It will be so fun to sit back and see them lose it if USU wins, but I just don't know if the Aggies can get it done this time.

Hopefully we'll pass Boise State this year. All of the accomplishments from this staff... That would be the cherry on top at the least!

oklahoma state that could have lost to Missouri State and Tulsa at home? I am not convinced BSU has played any tougher schedule than we have and I am even less convinced they are any if at all better than we are this year

Some of those fans have a good perspective- it is likely the best conference schedule BSU has ever had. Their fans have been saying forever that they wish the conference mates would get better... Here we are, and with finally a rough start their fans are jumping ship? They are past due for some rough years. I hope the rest of the MWC can stick it to them starting on Saturday. I want to see what the fanbase looks like if they are 1 and 5.

Tulsa lost to a fcs school as well.
