Relax. Boise showed how to take away our passing game. Now it's up to the coaching staff to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Exactly! Disappointing loss but we should be bowl eligible when all is said and done. Very happy with the coaches we currently have!

Have a huge opportunity to make a statement next week. Oh and of course, the mountain division isn’t lost yet either.

Yeah tough loss, but we weren't going undefeated. Tough game next week (that we can win) and then the season really opens up.

If we can win out in the conference, Boise could lose two conference games, just like our first year in the inference.

Had this been offered before the season I would take it in a heart beat. Wished we put forth a better showing today. Interested to see the team and coaches respond.

I have been telling everyone that even if 3-2 with a loss next week been offered before the season, we all would have taken it. Just noone after last week wanted 3-0 to turn into 3-1, and still noone wants 3-1 to now turn into 3-2.

It's like 2011 when we started off 2-5. We all would have taken an offer of 5 straight wins to get to the Potato Bowl even if it came with losing the bowl game. Just after we got the wins and bowl bid, nobody wanted to lose the game.

Yep. We can win all 6 of our remaining conference games. We just got to go do it like the 2013 team did. Probably play Fresno just like they did as well.

The alarming thing about being 3-1 is the repeated ineptitude shown offensively the whole game.
couldn't sustain a drive -getting worse in 2nd half (we had FOUR (4) 3-play drives, 1 each of 5 and 8- totaling 125 yards)
couldn't score in the redzone ( 1 FG in four trips)
allowed a blocked FG two plays in a row, with the second coming after a timeout which negated the first block (why TF was something not addressed in the TO???)

Brian Jones on the CBS Halftime show said that Utah State in the red zone is about as rotten as an open grave. Unfortunately, instead of getting better, that status turned into the whole offense in the 2nd half

Honestly, with 35 minutes on the field, I'm impressed with the defensive performance compared to the prior 2 games. Without a doomed fake punt and Peasley's fumble, we may have only lost 13-3. bsu's only other TD came on a 3 play drive which led off with 69 yard pass to Shakir

We are 6-2, and bowl eligible, but the feelings on the board are eerily negative and dissatisfied.

Blake told us the rebuild would not be done in one year. Why are we surprised that the team has flaws?

We are winning with a flawed team. Enjoy it and look for improvement next year.

Chat during a game is unfiltered and can be rough. I think a vast majority of us are pinching ourselves every few minutes on is this really happening. Think about the CSU football week last year to now and if this team/program are not polar opposites I would like to see one that is bigger. What Blake has done is what sports movies are made of.

Take chat with a grain of salt. Many of us, myself included, rant and rave in chat, but eventually we come back to reality. Occasionally it spills over to the message board. Hopefully chat isn't saved somewhere...
