Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
Well, it bodes well that the guys we have committed are visiting here the last weekend before signing.
A general comment -- I think it is better for schools like USU that there's now an early signing day, but it makes January less fun because there aren't the big groups of visitors leading up to the February signing day.

Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
Thanks 22! Question on Tyrone Brown (the Baylor kid). Is he a 6’4” 230 lbs Edge as you have listed or is he a 5’10.5” 200 lbs LB as his profile shows? Or did he grow that much in the last couple years?

Don't see any xfer OL or WR there. Hope to see them soon. Also need another huge difference make at LB. Would love to see this come internally though. AJ, I'm looking at you!

They were hoping to get Jaqavius Yates from Jones CC, MS here but he chose to go to Alabama-Birmingham instead this weekend.

Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
Looks like we have 3 LB’s (Rice, Metz, Cash) that run out of eligibility and will be gone for sure next season. We have 4-5 freshman LB’s that have verbally committed so numbers wise we will be up from this year. I assume Ajani Carter will take Cash’s place. AJ should retain his spot (or slide over to Rice’s). Any thoughts on who has been sitting in the wings and is ready to be a starter next year? Thoughts on the LB two deep? Could this Baylor kid play LB (have the ranginess)?GeoAg wrote:Don't see any xfer OL or WR there. Hope to see them soon. Also need another huge difference make at LB. Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
Not that any of the star ratings matter too much, but just curious as to why some of the players we have committed don't have any rating. Is that mainly because they have already committed? Or scouts have not been able to evaluate them? or something else?

Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
Between 247 and Rivals they should all have a star rating. Whether they are accurate or not is another thing........USUstudent13 wrote: ↑December 10th, 2021, 1:31 pmNot that any of the star ratings matter too much, but just curious as to why some of the players we have committed don't have any rating. Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
Carter has been really good this year. I expect him to have a great 2022. Be nice to get back Tatum next year as well. AJ has been solid, but we need some new guys to step up or bring in a transfer.AGGIEinIOWA wrote: ↑December 10th, 2021, 12:50 pmLooks like we have 3 LB’s (Rice, Metz, Cash) that run out of eligibility and will be gone for sure next season. Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
Kao seems like he has the potential to be a really good player for the Aggies. He was a huge part of Lone Peak's championship winning team/defense. He put up really good stats in the hardest region of Utah football. Excited to see what he can do.aggies22 wrote: ↑December 10th, 2021, 2:34 pmWe've recruited Kao Hansen to come in at the stryker spot.Aggie84025 wrote: ↑December 10th, 2021, 2:19 pmCarter has been really good this year. Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
This list is missing several people who are not yet committed, but are here on official visits. I had a chance to speak with many of them formally about USU earlier today and there are some definite impact high school kids and transfers who are here that have not been mentioned anywhere yet. Many of them in positions of need. Our late recruiting efforts seem to be strong.
There are 3 Aggie Shuttle busloads of recruits and families here to give you a sense on numbers, which is more than double the number on 22's list. Many recruits and families were excited to attend the basketball game tonight to see what Aggie Nation is all about. Let's show up to the game and let them feel the Aggie passion and love. USU Hurd....get some Aggie Football chants ready!

In my defense there are a couple of official visitors here I am not able to elaborate on until I'm given the okay to do so. Also, if there are that many people there are also a handful of unofficial visitors here. Those I was not clued in on.IdAggie wrote: ↑December 11th, 2021, 3:16 pmThis list is missing several people who are not yet committed, but are here on official visits. Also, if there are that many people there are also a handful of unofficial visitors here. Those I was not clued in on.IdAggie wrote: ↑December 11th, 2021, 3:16 pmThis list is missing several people who are not yet committed, but are here on official visits.
Who is this with bishop? His older brother?

Started 4 games for Miami this past year before a top 5 player in the nation from the previous class overtook him on the depth chart.

Re: 2022 OFFICIAL VISIT LIST
He’s maybe the worst Safety I’ve ever watched in my years as a Miami fan.
Elite athlete. Terrible football player. Regressed significantly over the years. I hope a change of scenery works wonders for him but he’s a big downgrade from someone like Shaq Bond.
