2022 Aggie Football Win-A-Thon ($285 Per Win Pledged)
Aggie fans,
For the last several years we have had success through this event in raising thousands of dollars for the Merlin Olsen Fund For Football Competitive Excellence.
For those not yet familiar with the Win-A-Thon, it started several years ago after I realized that consecutive bowl victories enticed me to want to contribute to the program's success leading me to make donations to the Merlin Olsen Fund at the end of each of those seasons. I figured it was the least I could do to help continue the winning tradition, and increase Utah State's ability to pay the salaries of their coaches and upgrade football facilities. The Aggie Football Win-A-Thon allows fans to pledge a certain amount for each victory throughout the year and rewards the coaches and team for their success on the field. Here's what it entails:
Each year Aggie fans will have the opportunity to pledge a certain dollar amount to the Merlin Olsen fund for each Aggie Victory throughout the season (including conference championship games, bowl games, or playoff games). Any dollar amount will be appreciated. No amount too small or too high. Pledges will be made publicly in this thread, and we will track the amount raised with each win on a Win-ometer at the bottom of this site. At the end of the year those who have made pledges will be reminded to donate directly to the Merlin Olsen Fund by visiting the Official USU Athletics Fundraising Website.
Here's a message about the creation and importance of this fund:
If anyone feels uncomfortable pledging publicly, feel free to contact me with your pledge and I will announce it as an anonymous pledge in this thread.
Pledging was already kicked off by NVAggie, and I'll throw my hat in the ring pledging $15 per Aggie victory this year, an additional $100 for a victory at Alabama, plus an additional $15 for each win over BYU, Boise State, and any game after 11/26.
Who's with me!? How much is each Aggie Victory worth to you?

List of pledges:
Agzrule: $20 per win, additional $40 for wins over BYU or Boise
Anonymous Donor $30 per win
AV8AG $25 per win, $50 for MWC Title

I'm in for $20 per win. $40 for wins against BSU or BYU-P. $60 for any post-season win. $150 if we actually beat Alabama.

$25 per win, then double the pot for wins over BYU, BSU, CCG, or a bowl (max 4 x the pot). $1000 bonus for a win over Alabama.
Nobody here knows anything.

I didn't pledge here either, but we put $85 per win earlier this week- expecting and counting the Bowl as a Win
if that goes south, then we put 100 per win.

Finally got around to paying up. Since we didn't hit some of my bonuses I added a little extra in this year.
If any of you haven't paid up your pledges please do so! Hopefully we can raise much more this coming football season!
