An excellent good post, ratman, and an excellent thread. I wonder where they'll find all the minutes to give all those guys on the DL. I'm wondering if they'll redshirt a couple of those JC DLs to beef up the Sophomore contingent.

You keep using that word. I do not think that word means what you think it means.

I was actually thinking the same thing. I was also wondering if this will add to some of the current players being shown the door :noidea:

These lines are starting to look good, especially the d-line. Between Bojay and Lapuaho, we've got 2 highly rated overall JC recruits. I think Bojay is about the 32nd overall per Rivals and Lapuaho was 22 overall, I think, by the Sporting News...

I still haven't found anything about Palepoi.

The guys here now are going to have to really work this spring and then on through Fall. There should be some really good competition here.

Here are the ratings on these guys per Rivals. If you have more complete or more recent info, please share:

OL:

Albrecht, Austin Rivals**
Hicks, Jordan Rivals**
Maguire, Ian No Rating
Seefeldt, Tanner Rivals**
Tenney, Stetson Rivals**
Whimpey, Kyle No Rating

DE:

Filimoeatu, Bojay Rivals***
Piukala, Paul No Rating
Whimpey, Kevin No Rating

DT:

Hautau, Ofa No Rating
Lapuaho, Al Rivals***
Lasike, Havea No Rating
Palepoi, Denny Rivals***

That's 3, count 'em 3, 3-star DLs in one recruiting class. Let's hope they all show up! We've had a bad run of having DLs disappear or never show up ever since Charley W.

You keep using that word. I do not think that word means what you think it means.

Big Poly presence on the DL....I can just see them staring down the OL with their face paint on :)

I'm excited to see Evan dominate the Dline. It sounds like he's already having a great offseason

Hopefully they've got some speed on the ends. Seems like we couldn't get to the QB quick enough this past year.
