Sports Science: Distraction (feat. USU)

A while back, someone started a thread of whether or not distractions work on free throws. I chimed in and said that once heard on Sports Science that visuals don't, but noise, do. I found this video, and while some of my memories were correct, some were not. But on the flip side, USU was shown several times in the video

Right now Youtube videos are the only type that are embeddable.
