I guess a little context would've been smart. #10 on Adams State went to Ogden High school and had a small pocket of 20ish friends that came to support him wearing shirts with his name "Buck" on the back. They would halfheartedly cheer for Adams but scream whenever he got put in. His first time out he didn't do much more then one foul. In the second half they started screaming "BUCK BUCK!" during our free throws. He got put back in and really, really, really wanted to do well. Unfortunately he was the one who got ankle broken, viciously stuffed, and several horrible shots. My wife has a bad case of second-hand embarrassment but even she admitted it was kinda funny.

I talked to one of those guys, most of them are USU students but decided to root for Buck 1 night, they all are going to Provostan Friday.
