I think he clearly needs at least one more collegiate year, if not more. A lot of development to be had still.

Angie's is a good restaurant.

Queta should follow his heart.

Did I cover everything?

And I still don't get Angie's. The place is a greasy spoon.
No way!!! I love Angies and I am a local!!!
We eat there sometimes, best breakfast in town.

Meh. I like it, but I think Caffe Ibis, Herm's, Crumb Brothers, and Gibbons Green Gate Farm are all places I would rather go for breakfast.

Angie's food is good and the service is great. I grew up next door to the owner, and went to school with his daughter "Angie". Great family. I'm blown away at how involved he is in the day to day operations of the restaurant, walking around to every table and talking to guests. That's why I like going there. Reminds me a bit of Logan's Hero's.

My favorite food for breakfast in Logan is Herm's. I've always had a great experience there. My great grandfather is in many of the photos from the early 1900's that are on the walls in the basement. He was on several of the same Aggie teams as Mr. Laub's grandfather. I always enjoy going down there and seeing him.

Stacked is also a great place to eat. The buttermilk syrup is to die for.

Queta and Angie's share the same major detriment: lack of speed.

Won't matter a ton to NBA teams. All it takes is 1 out of 30 to decide his upside is worth taking a chance on a raw player. I too think he could use another year of seasoning and hope to hell he stays, but like I said all it takes is one team telling him they really want him with their 1st rounder

I hate when someone tries to tell someone else that their opinion on food is not correct. I happen to love El Sol and have been crucified for saying so. I love fredrico’s and have been told by many that it sucks. Good food is opinion, not fact. If a restaurant like Angie’s has stayed open this long, they are obviously doing something right. It is fact that foodies suck.

Angie's is fantastic hangover brunch food. If you don't need hangover food, it's hit or miss

El Sol is my wife’s favorite. I hated it for a while but found something I like (fajitas). I can pretty much find something I like everywhere though. Even McDonald’s! Love the pancakes fries and McGriddles.

My biggest problem with El Sol (used to be Del Sol) was that they would bring us chips and enchilada sauce and have the gall to call it salsa.

Since we’re now talking Mexican food La Tormenta is the go to place for delicious authentic Mexican food. The others serve Americanized Mexican food.

Fair point. De gustibus non est disputandum. Or, to each his own. Having said that, Angie's is a greasy spoon. It is, however, your God given and inalienable right to eat and enjoy inferior food.

FYI - just for kicks & giggles, the original Sambo's restaurant in Santa Barbara is still open for business.
Also, Sam Battistone of Santa Barbara was the owner of Sambo’s and the Utah Jazz.

The choice of restaurants in Logan appears to be a popular topic with diverse opinions. . I think we need a poll. I suggest that someone with the necessary expertise and dining experience in Logan set one up.

My breakfast dining experience this morning was a smoothie of 2 bananas, 2 cups of blueberries, 1 cup of strawberries, a small amount of water. I give it 3 stars and 2 snaps.

At the basketball game last Saturday night I spoke with an individual deeply imbedded in the program who said Queta told Coach Smith that he came to the US to prepare to play in the NBA, not just to become a pro at the first opportunity.

While anybody who watches him can obviously see the talent, he is nowhere near ready for the Association. He has lots of game things he can refine over the next year or two, and another 25-30 pounds definitely would hurt him at all. I think he is just now scratching the surface of the talent he has.

The NBA would be smart to let him fully develop it.

I don't see him on 2019 draft prediction websites. It's unusual for a player to get drafted first 40 picks when that player isn't even listed on the top 60 of a few mock-draft sites. Unless we see a surge in his exposure, think Queta is unlikely to go to the NBA after this year.

Now if we get lucky and get into the NCAA tournament and show well, that could really change things.

TACO TIME? LOLZ, I remember eating at at TT after moving to Logan to attend USU. I remember thinking to myself "this is NOT Mexican food." TT makes Taco Bell look authentic. Now I will give props to a Utah based Mexican food joint that never seems to disappoint... Betos. It's pretty damngood for a drive-though. Every time I'm in Utah I try to make it a point to hit up the local Betos for a shredded chicken burrito. That thing is like two meals in one!

Cafe Sabor, the times I've eaten there it seemed good. I've notice they've expanded all over the state. Cafe Rio is everywhere now, people down here in So-Cal call it "Mormon Mexican Food" LOLZ

I grew up in LA. My best friends were 2 Hispanic brothers. Their mom could make the best Mexican food and made her own tortillas. When she made them, the 3 of us would sneak into her kitchen, throw 3 tacos on the stove to heat up, butter them, and take off. She caught us more than once, and would chase us outside with a broom. She couldn't speak English, but I knew what she was saying wasn't nice. We were 5 or 6 at the time. My mom learned how to make enchiladas while we lived there. When we moved to Utah there were no Mexican restaurants in town. My friends would ask what I was going to have for dinner that night, I'd say tacos, they'd say..........what's that? Things have changed a lot.
