Interesting read. Marvin Menzies will be fired after this season and that list is a big reason why. You can't struggle in Vegas. The article bringing up the Chris Beard situation is a huge "What If" for the conference. I have mixed feelings. I enjoy unlv being terrible and it is nice to have them down so we can beat them. However a coach of Beard's caliber in the MW would certainly add to the value of the MW. In his 3rd year at UNLV he almost certainly would have them in the tournament. With that said I hope UNLV hires another bad coach this summer. Suck it Rebels!

I love seeing the Aggies in 2nd in the league, but I also want to beat UNLV, SDSU and UNM when they are at their best. New Mexico needs to try and get Steve Alford back. SDSU made the wrong call by keeping Dutcher over Hutson. I wonder how patient New Mexico will be with Paul Weir.
