Please help a not so SMURT Aggie Fan :-)

Post by aggiesdidwhat » February 26th, 2019, 9:22 am

Guys,
I really want to go to the MW Conference tourney. I am sure this has been talked about but I missed it. Does anyone happen to know the best place to get tickets? I keep looking online and I get bumped all over the place. Does anyone know the cost of tickets for the whole event? What days? I believe it starts on Wed right?

Thanks ahead of time.

My suggestion is to talk to Ben Peterson at: ben.peterson@usu.edu
He was the one I bought mine through. He'll hook you up. They cost me 200$ a piece, for early purchasers. I believe they're 250$ now.

If you're willing to roll the dice, I'd bet you could scalp or buy tickets day of on stubhub pretty reasonably priced. With the MWC down this year, I'm guessing not as many fans will travel - with the one exception being Nevada fans.

Another strategy I've used is to buy tickets for Thursday and then approach fans of losing teams as they're exiting the arena and offering to buy their semis and finals tickets.

I've had good success on stub hub. There are lots of tickets left for walk up at the UNLV ticket office at the arena. Until Saturday, the games are empty enough, that you can buy bad seats and move up to good ones.
