happy anniversary
It's been one year since the new direction and rebirth of Aggie basketball began. Cheers to a monumental next week or 2 in Aggie hoops!

Re: happy anniversary
Happy In-duryea-pendence Day to all!
In fairness to TD, Stew (legend though he may be) sticking around too long was perhaps just as much (maybe more) to blame for that bad cycle of Aggie basketball that we dug out of.

Re: happy anniversary
Who are the best players that Duryea recruited. He did not recruit Sam or Quinn...correct? Smith also recruited Queta...correct?

Re: happy anniversary
While your point about Stew is somewhat true, Duryea was the top assistant on that staff and definitely could've done more to pull back on the wheel.ineptimusprime wrote: ↑March 12th, 2019, 8:49 amHappy In-duryea-pendence Day to all!

Al Gore is not available.BigBlueDart wrote:And here I thought this was going to be about the internet turning 30 today.
Duryea just let things go down more. There were also a lot of injuries during Stew’s later years.

Re: happy anniversary
Stew's last 4 years were mediocre similar although a little better than what we would see with Duryea as the HC. The drop off during the end of Stew's tenure was why I wasn't excited about the Duryea hire. We needed fresh blood. Glad we finally got it last year.ineptimusprime wrote: ↑March 12th, 2019, 8:49 amHappy In-duryea-pendence Day to all!
