College refs seem to have way to much control over games. How many games are decided by players in foul trouble? Half of college coaching seems to be balancing guys with early foul trouble. I think they need to go to 6 fouls per players or use what they do in summer league and if a guy has more than 5 every foul by that player is 3 free throws. I wanna see the best players on the court and not let mediocre MW refs control so much of the game.

1 bad call takes a player out. They need to up the limit or do something like an intentional foul for every foul over 5.
