Rooting Guide for Today

Post by Roy McAvoy » March 15th, 2019, 10:06 am

Here's a rooting guide for today. We need our NCAA Net Ranking to be as high as possible and there's some games today that will directly impact it. It's currently #30.

Weber State over Montana. Big Sky semi-final at 5:30
UC Irvine over Long Beach State. Big West semi-final at 8:30
Arizona State over Oregon. Pac 12 semi-final at 9:30
Utah Valley over Grand Canyon. WAC semi-final at 9:30
Houston over Uconn. AAC quarterfinal at 10:00 AM.

Hard to know exactly what to root for. If USU wins out, we almost want to root for the dogs and possibly sneak up to a #7 seed. UCF, Washington and VCU are within passing distance.

Dang. I thought this was going to be a training on how to cheer at a game since many of our fans are afraid to make any noise at all. They hopefully took notes of the unm fans and how they turned the t&m into the pit. Tonight we need to turn the T&M into the Spectrum magic. Go Aggies!
