Nevada Transfers

Another blow to Nevada. Jordan Brown, the former McDonalds All American is transferring!

So far, the players who have entered the transfer portal from Nevada:
1. Jordan Brown
2. Jalen Harris
3. Jazz Johnson
4. Kwame Hymes
5. Nisre Zouzoua

I know they are exploring their options and could return to Nevada, but YIKES...

Can you blame any of them? That team was built to win now and win it did but not when it counted most.

New UNLV coach was able to convince three UNLV players that had entered transfer portal to stay in Vegas. Wonder if Alford can convince any of these guys to stay in Reno?

Lindsey Drew transferring. Did not play this season as he had an injury setback. Is a pass first PG that averaged 8.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.3 assists in 2017-18.

I like your thinking Thunder. Assuming he is fully recovered and back to 2017-18 form, I think Drew would compliment this team very well. He has a ridiculous assist to turnover ratio (almost 4:1), rebounds, defends, has good height for a pg, and seems to like the 3 but love the rim.

I'm assuming the Nevada coaching staff would block a transfer to any other school in the conference. And wouldn't he have to sit out next year, anyway?

Do you think they will transfer to USU? I mean just think about how bad they wanted to be in our locker room after the game.

Personally I don’t expect any of the Nevada transfers to come to USU but there are several of them that I’d like to have on our roster. I think Lindsey Drew’s game would complement or current team and style well.
