Ticket Exchange

Post by Real Life Aggie » November 7th, 2019, 1:47 pm

Just an FYI to all on what may be an obvious thing, but was not clear to me:

The ticket office would prefer that you not attempt to exchange unused tickets from games that have already been played.

Nice. Have they posted the exchange policy anywhere? Is it limited to one exchange per season or how does that work?

Seems reasonable that you can't exchange a ticket to a game that's already been played. I mean, what value does a ticket to a game that's already been played have? None, right? I mean, unless you have a time machine. So why would you be able to exchange a ticket of no value for a ticket that has value?

Maybe you'd like to exchange a ticket to a game that's already been played for a ticket to a different game that's also already been played?

That should be the policy. Tickets for games that have already been played can ONLY be exchanged for other games that have also already been played.

What is the back advertisement...1% off at Al's Sporting Goods? That's saving about $100 on a new basketball that usually costs $1,000. Sounds like a great deal.
