I won't be surprised if they are a decent win for us looking back at the end of the season.
The two losses are rhode island losing to LSU and to number 7 Maryland

They aren't near as bad as their record. KenPom assigns tiers to their games. 3 of their opponents are tier A games with one being tier B. We've played 1 tier A game (LSU) and no tier B games.

They played VCU (undefeated), not LSU, and only lost by three @VCU. Not our finest hour, but I don’t think it’ll end up being a bad win.ProvoAggie wrote: ↑November 24th, 2019, 7:17 pmThey aren't near as bad as their record. I know. I'm saying that LSU was our only tier A game. I didn't list their 3 but they were VCU, Arkansas and USU. Rhode Island was tier B.ineptimusprime wrote: ↑November 24th, 2019, 7:18 pmThey played VCU (undefeated), not LSU, and only lost by three @VCU. Meant to quote Quack, but on re-read I think I misread his point too. Sorry!ProvoAggie wrote: ↑November 24th, 2019, 7:20 pmI know. I'm saying that LSU was our only tier A game. A win is never bad. I win may not be the prettiest, but the only that matters is to JFW. We do need to start shooting the 3 ball better which I think we will.

If every game we play is a "bad win" we'd be national champions.

I think once the weather warms up our offense will be better. I've heard our offense is more affected by cold weather than other teams.Aggie84025 wrote: ↑November 24th, 2019, 7:27 pmA win is never bad. But, I think it is on the contrary. Our offense has played great here in Logan with the cold weather but as soon as we went to Jamaica and it got a little bit hot we just went tight and couldn't get anything to go.
Go Grizzlies, Jazz, Real SL, Seahawks, USA! Go Aggies!

It really is impressive the opponents they’ve played so far. 4/7 games are against still undefeated teams: USU, Arkansas, E Michigan and VCU. That’s a tough row to hoe. They played close throughout most of those games similar to our game. They’ll have a good record by the end of the year.
