We had errors, they had errors. They pulled away in the end and won. I'm disappointed we lost, but we're good. We've got a lot of season ahead of us. It was a competitive game against a good team. We were down a bit with injuries, but we really played most of the game really well. They just went on a streak right at the end, had some momentum, and capitalized on just a few errors.

We were competitive and I'm happy with our play. They just got the upper hand at the wrong time.

That turnover surely hurt us, but is not the sole reason we lost the game. Anderson was complete garbage tonight. Brito did not play that well as also. Sam also had some unlikely turnovers. Porter also had 7 assists so let's just keep ragging on the guy. Overall a really solid game for the Aggies. This was not a bad loss. We were right there to pull it out at the end.

Fact is we had 2 guys carrying the team. A 20-8 run in last four minutes did us in. They had 61 points in 36 minutes then produced 1/3 of games output in four minutes, they got hot. I always have confidence in team but thought it be tough down Kuba, Queta and hobbled and probably tired team.

I hope Bairstow can continue to get a little time and improve and be a contributor down stretch.

Key games are BYU, Florida, SDSU (2). Of course rolling in conference is a must but not to many other good win chances

Porter picked up his dribble and had nobody to pass too. We had 3 timeouts. I thought it was a perfect place for a Time out. Instead he was forced to pass and it turned into a pick 6. No worries, I thought we would lose by 15, instead we had a chance. We have Queta, we win by 12. Oh well.

I agree! I really wanted to see a timeout there especially considering we had 3 more at that time.

Looked to me like we ran out of gas down the stretch. Sloppy ball handling and passes. Unable to stay in front of guys. We were playing 7 deep tonight, while St. Mary's when like 10 deep. They had more energy when it counted. The only guy that had energy on our side was Bean because he was forced to sit out the first half by the refs for targeting last game or something.

I wish we would’ve recruited another PG too, but to pin this loss on Abel is just silly.

We were going to lose at some point. A true road game in Moraga down a few players was a likely spot for that loss. This is not a bad loss.

If we can get Nemi back, we have a decent chance of beating BYU and Florida and winning the rest of our games this calendar year.

Abel seems to be the one to be blamed lately. Yeah that turnover stunk but he was not reason we lost. We had a great opportunity and couldn’t finish it. Need to heal up, would be nice if could get Queta but probably looking at Dec 14

Let’s not push the panic button. USU was not going undefeated, St. Mary’s is a very good team, Queta and Kube both out and it was still very close. If there is such a thing as a good loss, this is it.

I think the stats answer your question. Our other players only made “routine” plays four times when he did it seven. The fact that other players could do it, doesn’t mean they are (stats).

I would think we see Queta play some minutes next game against the Hosers. Then a few more against Fresno and St. Katie.

Do the stats show that ford scored close to 20 points while porter was guarding him? Dude Cooked him all game long.

They’re not making them because he’s the point guard. And I’m not talking about tonight exclusively but looking at him cumulatively with this and the Jamaica. He’s not the reason we lost tonight. If I had to assign the most blame to any single player it’s Anderson but Porter hasn’t been very good this year and he’s not giving us much on either end
