Free throw distractions
Free throw distractions
I like the cutouts. They’re fun. But can we keep them down sometimes as well and do some of the regular crazy chants we have done in the past. It seems like it has limited all creativity. Maybe that’s come from a fan that was use to seeing different things every game in the past. Where’s the side to side movements? The loud jumping right before they shoot?
Clearly this is my biggest concern following the loss. Lol

I said the same thing last night. Sure they’re fun, but any creativity and effective crowd movements have gone out the window with them. They cause 0 real distraction.

Every student who sits behind the basket was in elementary or middle school the last time those were used, maybe they just don’t know better.

I think the best thing would be silence and one distractor yelling so he/she can be heard. We are so loud it is like no noise at all. The spidermans did get Flynn distracted but then the ball was not given to him until well after he was able to compose himself. Stupid Refs.

A single voice can be extremely distracting.stewusu98 wrote:I think the best thing would be silence and one distractor yelling so he/she can be heard. We are so loud it is like no noise at all.
