Kuba is from Poland, right? That certainly can’t hurt.

I wonder how much we are recruiting this kid. He could be very good. However if I am counting correctly that would make 5 centers on the team.

They would be building for the future. Kuba is a senior and I think it's doubtful that Neemias stays beyond this season. Sometimes you just have to take the best player available.

From the video, he looks like a good rim roller who plays big. Showed some good footwork. I would like to see what he could do with the ball in his hands facing the basket. Also, wondering if he's and an aggressive, consistent big man who likes playing basketball (like Queta)? Or just someone who's good a basketball because he's tall?

Their point guard was impressive though.

Due to NCAA transfer rules, Gach will have to sit out next season before having two years of eligible. Gath is, however, expected to apply for a waiver to eligible immediately.

Awesome! Would love if we somehow landed this guy, especially if he was able to play next year.

It would be great to be able to suit him up BUT I think history shows that the NCAA doesn't rule favorably on waivers for schools of Utah State's caliber.

Can you imagine a starting lineup though of him, Marco, bairstow, bean and Queta. Yikes. Talk about length.

The million-dollar question is, can Both Gach imagine that?

more info about this would be nice
Nate Wickizer's kid. He played his high school ball at Kearns and he just came home from his mission. They've been talking about it for a couple of weeks and just finalized bringing him in as a walk-on.
And who is the awesome guy who brought these conversations to your attention? ;)

Lol, He's a 2020 recruit! We now have 6 true centers slated for the team in 2020. (I have to think at this point the rumors about Kuba being gone are true and that Stall will also be gone).

Here's his instagram account for highlights: https://www.instagram.com/szymon.zapala/?hl=en

But now that you mention it..I predict Quetta will leave before the season starts and go play pro ball in Europe.

Bean will quit basketball to go on tour with Yanni

Miller, Bairstow and McChesney will all be indicted for an illegal ice cream smuggling racket.

Your Head Coach will become an assistant at BYU.

I think we all assumed this would be the case. Has it been confirmed?

I’d say with us being a Nike school that should at least put us in the mix. Seriously I was looking at Nike’s stats and I think this past year he averaged less pts per game than his first two years.

Looks like we can probably scratch Nike off. Kentucky has reached out. According to this, he'd have to sit out a year anyway (assuming the NCAA doesn't pass the waiver).

With Stall being medically disqualified, we are beginning to look at younger transfer players that would have to sit out and redshirt next season.
