Any aggies south of cache valley going to SLC airport to welcome the team?

Interested in going to SLC airport. I’m assuming it was a commercial flight or they’d be going to Logan. Do we know what terminal to watch for them in?

Looked up the Arrivals and the only one that was scheduled for 11:50 was a Southwest flight. Which should be terminal 1.

Teams always fly Southwest home from the tournament cause they are the only airline that lets you change or cancel flights for free depending on how long the team is in the tourney. So they can book the teams on three flights home and cancel two of them, and even book the bottom teams on four flights home and cancel three of them. Unless they just book one flight home based on when teams are supposed to lose and re-book based on being in it longer or shorter than expected. Delta would charge too much money for all of this.

Awesome! I also looked up terminals for SLC airport. Southwest flights are TERMINAL 1. So we've got a time and a location. Lets get a big group out there to give the 1st welcome home before they get to logan!

They’ll be at the spectrum around 2:15, well 3:15 with daylight savings starting.

Small group was there at the airport. I’d say 25-35. The group kept growing as people got off the plane, so I’m not sure on the count.

They team was very happy to have people there. They all had smiles when they realized we had glass and a good group there.

I haven’t found any footage of the arrival to the Spectrum. That may not be a good sign for attendance. However it sounds like a lot of students were there in Vegas.
