Can 8/9 seed USU beat Texas Tech/Ohio st then beat Kansas/Baylor in the first weekend of the NCAA tournament?

I think USU has a fighting chance against Texas Tech in the first round but against #1 overrall seed Kansas, that's a tough one. Azuibuki is like Queta but add 70 lbs

I agree with this take. We could beat Texas Tech but not Kansas. IMO, Kansas is the best team in the country.

However, you make it seem like the tourney bracket is already out. Lots of other teams we could play other than these teams.

USU will get the 8/9 line. Just like last season where they were squarely on the bubble but won the MWC tournament and was seeded 8. Their seeding will be the same. The 10 or 11 seeds are usually reserved for at large bids on bubble teams who didn't win their conf tournament but lucked out by getting an at large bid.

They will be paired with a power 5 team in the first round. i'm, 100% sure it will be Texas Tech or Ohio st

since he never shares any information about SDSU and doesn't seem to know much about SDSU except their ranking or standing in conference, I'd almost guarantee it's a zoob troll or even one of our own having fun at everyone's expense. I feel bad for him because what kind of sad life drives someone to trollhood? The time and energy it takes for the gain of absolutely nothing is just pathetic. Does he show his friends "hey look what I've been up to?" I hope not, cause who would think that it was in any way interesting or worthy of a compliment? Does he even have friends?

The real question is does Sam Diego State get upset in the 1st round or 2nd round? They will have a tough matchup in the 2nd round against a 6 seed.

Sam Diego realistically is probably more like a 5/6 seed than a 2/3 talent wise

i dont' get why so many ppl here are scared of the 1 seed USU will inevitably play against in the first weekend of the ncaa tournament.

If Utah St is capable of beating projected #1 seed SDSU out of 3 attempts, rest assure they can easily beat projected #1 seed Kansas Jayhawks in the round of 32..

Azuibuki vs Queta would be fun to watch.
