Re: Tonight’s game has been postponed
From what I’ve seen with patients and read in studies, there hasn’t been a true repeat infection within the first 3 months of the first infection. Some recent studies suggested antibodies may last up to 5 months even.
I had one patient we were performing serial covid tests on this summer that continued to test positive from her initial infection for about 3 months.
This also means my antibodies are due to expire any day now.

It's Fresno. COVID is the least of your worries when it comes to contractable diseases.

I lived in the area for a couple years and Fresno itself is pretty sketchy, as is Bakersfield. That being said, the Valley is really quite remarkable in that it produces a tremendous amount of food. The fields and fields of blossoming fruit and nut trees in the spring are something to behold. Also, you can get up to Yosemite and Sequoia Parks quickly and there are some beautiful destinations up in those mountains. Still wouldn’t want to live there though.

I posted earlier that it was within the USU program. It wasn't a player, and it sounds like there's a very good chance this week's games are still on.sam tingey wrote: ↑February 8th, 2021, 11:53 ambump. Any info on what happened in fresno? who or what or how many?

I don't think it was a coach either.hipsterdoofus21 wrote: ↑February 8th, 2021, 5:36 pmSo a coach then?stang wrote: ↑February 8th, 2021, 5:13 pmI posted earlier that it was within the USU program. Re: Tonight’s game has been postponed
So does anyone really know? Some in another topic made it sound like they might have known what happened, but it sounds like it was a player with how tight lipped Coach has sounded on show. I imagine you’d feel pretty horrible if you were the reason a game had to be canceled. Does anyone have “the inside stuff” and really know if we are going to have games this week? It seems like they would know by now if they were playing, but Smith made it sound like they were hopeful to play. Probably want to know before Wyoming heads out.

Re: Tonight’s game has been postponed
I heard it was a false positives, on both sides.
People that were positive were retested Sunday & came back negative with no symptoms.
Games should be on this week.

Re: Tonight’s game has been postponed
That’s good to hear. I guess when coach smith is being hopeful it could be that no one tests positive for either side before the game. Really every game could be considered as, “hopefully we don’t have any positive tests.”
That sounds like the same scenario for the second game when Fresno played Boise.

Re: Tonight’s game has been postponed
If false positives, and this is the same thing that happened in the boise game, could this be an issue of the test/lab they are using in Fresno?

It's not just players and coaches that travel with the team.frankiesaysrelax wrote: ↑February 8th, 2021, 6:33 pmSo does anyone really know? If I had to say right now I don’t think we’ll play either game this week.frankiesaysrelax wrote: ↑February 8th, 2021, 6:33 pmSo does anyone really know?
