Sdsu score was awful I didn't watch their game. My point earlier about smith was this:GUS wrote:After watching the first half of the SDSU game would you take Dutcher over Smith?
1 - when we were up 6 and TT went on that quick run he should have called the time out sooner.
2 - at about 10 minutes left TT was putting the game away but we made no real change. We are 30 minutes into the game our shots are coming up short and we had no spark. Let shulga or someone come in. May not change the outcome in any meaningful way but better than sticking with what wasn't working.

Timeout uasge from Craig has never been great in my opinion.pilotaggie wrote: ↑March 20th, 2021, 4:54 pmSdsu score was awful I didn't watch their game. My point earlier about smith was this:GUS wrote:After watching the first half of the SDSU game would you take Dutcher over Smith?

So often, you see coaches try to survive another possession to get the media timeout and in hindsight they probably should have stopped the bleeding earlier. Often it turns into more than one possession with no clock stoppage.

I just can't understand how our best player only attempts 8 shots, I also noticed that Marco blindingly started driving in to the basket against 2 defenders, like he did in those first games.
I rather had queta attempt 20 shots, than seeing Miller and the others spends the whole game bricking 3 point shots. (many of them open)
