Craig Smith’s home for sale
His home is for sale & he has moved out. One might’ve even call it a “sell out”.

Re: Craig Smith’s home for sale
Am I wrong to be shocked that a large and nice, but mostly standard, suburban Cache Valley home is nearly $1 mil? I understand the market is nuts, but seriously?

Re: Craig Smith’s home for sale
Is it weird that I saw his shower and wondered to myself how many times he stood in that shower contemplating if he should have called a time out sooner?

He probably also stood in there for some time wondering why Abel wasn’t getting more minutes. Good thing his wife had the solution on that one.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑September 23rd, 2021, 12:03 pmIs it weird that I saw his shower and wondered to myself how many times he stood in that shower contemplating if he should have called a time out sooner?

Re: Craig Smith’s home for sale
You all have it wrong. He wasn't in the shower for very long because he doesn't have to wash his hair. If he contemplated anything it would be: "Why am I still wearing sleeves in the shower, I wonder what my arms look like?"

Re: Craig Smith’s home for sale
The median sales price for homes in Cache County right now is over $400,000.brownjeans wrote: ↑September 23rd, 2021, 11:40 amAm I wrong to be shocked that a large and nice, but mostly standard, suburban Cache Valley home is nearly $1 mil? I understand the market is nuts, but seriously?
Craig's old pad is not what I would call "standard" by Utah measurements, though. It's twice the average home size on nearly three times the average lot size.
If you mean "standard" by design, then yes. It's very cookie-cutter.
"The evil I can tolerate. But the stupidity... Just knowing we're in the same genus makes me embarrassed to call myself homo!"

Re: Craig Smith’s home for sale
You should see the pieces of $hit that are going for nearly 400 grand out here in Smithfield. It's crazy.brownjeans wrote: ↑September 23rd, 2021, 11:40 amAm I wrong to be shocked that a large and nice, but mostly standard, suburban Cache Valley home is nearly $1 mil? Re: Craig Smith’s home for sale
I didn’t know people were buying pieces of crap. I had a good sized one crowning at 7 AM that I finally gave birth to at 8:00 this morning. I am not sure about size and weight, but it seemed to make quite a bit of room for lunch. I already flushed that one down, but I can make more and would be happy to make them available for sale. Just send me a PM if interested.aggies22 wrote: ↑September 23rd, 2021, 12:43 pmYou should see the pieces of $hit that are going for nearly 400 grand out here in Smithfield. Re: Craig Smith’s home for sale
If I'm spending $1 mil I want some land. Doing some browsing one can buy ~100 acres north-east of Clarkston for ~240k. I'd do that and build a $500k house on it.

I appreciate the offer but I can manufacture my own bad boys. Perhaps we should go into business together?ususports wrote: ↑September 23rd, 2021, 12:58 pmI didn’t know people were buying pieces of crap. Yes, it is very weird that you fantasize about Craig standing naked in that shower.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑September 23rd, 2021, 12:03 pmIs it weird that I saw his shower and wondered to myself how many times he stood in that shower contemplating if he should have called a time out sooner?

Yeah, most of us only fantasize about what he must look like with short sleeves on.ususports wrote: ↑September 23rd, 2021, 1:54 pmYes, it is very weird that you fantasize about Craig standing naked in that shower.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑September 23rd, 2021, 12:03 pmIs it weird that I saw his shower and wondered to myself how many times he stood in that shower contemplating if he should have called a time out sooner?

Hey Roy, I have to ask, is this the direction you expected this thread to go when you started it? If it helps, this has become my favorite thread in a long time!

I grew up in North Logan before there were any nice homes in the foothills. Very sad to see all of that elk winter range gone.

The only light that his arms have ever seen is in that shower!
Crazy thing is… my house is worth the same and literally half the size and 40 years older.

Re: Craig Smith’s home for sale
And now I’ve seen where he has laid two dumps. One was in the NCAA tourney and the other one is in that picture.
Kidding of course. I miss the guy.
