Re: 13=13 (2022-23 Edition)
I know COVID years make assigning class rank complicated... but isn't it possible (even likely) that three of those Seniors could still have an additional year after this one?

Some schools list the players actual year of eligibility and some don't. Personally, I think we should list the actual eligibility. It's confusing for most people.

Who is Dan Akin? Did I just miss when he transferred here, or was he on the team last year and I never noticed him?

Re: 13=13 (2022-23 Edition)
Travis Wagstaff believes he can play (scored in double figures at Snow JC) and went off to find playing time elsewhere. Matt Wickizer told the coaches he needed a scholarship-- didn't want to sponge off his dad (Nate) anymore. The coaches were honest and told him they didn't have a scholarship for HIM. So he has decided not to play basketball any longer and just concentrate on school from here on out (and work on the side).

Wagstaff was super nice; I hope he ends up somewhere and can get some work done.AggiesForever wrote: ↑June 17th, 2022, 7:12 pmTravis Wagstaff believes he can play (scored in double figures at Snow JC) and went off to find playing time elsewhere. Feels like we need some really breakout players this year, or it could be a tough year.

Nigel John is playing for the Little Rock Trojans (previously known as UALR). He's averaging 8.6 points and 4.3 rebounds on a 3-7 team in the Ohio Valley Conference. They are currently #327 in KenPom.

Am I correct to interpret that this means he's planning on utilizing his COVID year?hipsterdoofus21 wrote: ↑January 23rd, 2023, 1:24 pmAccording to Ashworth he has 2 years left after this season.

Yes. I wish we could convince Bairstow and Dorius to stay another year. Re: 13=13 (2022-23 Edition)
Agreed. The reports about this being his last season were prior to the season starting. Maybe now that he has seen his role increase and how the team has improved, he'll want to stay and give it one more go 'round?aggies22 wrote: ↑February 22nd, 2023, 2:58 pmI'm not sold on Bairstow leaving.hipsterdoofus21 wrote: ↑February 22nd, 2023, 1:47 pmYes. Re: 13=13 (2022-23 Edition)
Looking for the 23-24 season roster. I know it’s not complete and we don’t know exactly who is leaving but I wanted to see the current state of things with who we know is returning and with the new recruits. I thought it was in this thread.
