Good question. We really need his above-the-rim athleticism and deadly outside shooting/volume scoring ability to compete tonight.

Is the conference using the 5 day quarantine rule or 10 day? I believe coach Odom said he got tested last Thursday. So he might be back, but have no clue if he is feeling better. RJER has been underwhelming, but I would rather have him in the starting role then to play extended minutes with Ashworth and Jones together.

I saw he will be back but maybe not 100%

How does that calculate out?

RJ's 100% is about 75% of what is really needed, or his true effectiveness. If we use 25% as the gap between his 100% vs his true effectiveness of 75%, then if he comes back at 85% is he then 60% of what is needed? Or the does the decrease in percentage also change exponentially similar to the tensile strength of steel changing as it is weakened? Hence, a decrease of 25% equates to a true decrease of 35% in his effectiveness so in essence his true effectiveness becomes only 50% of what is needed? Maybe a mechanical engineer can run the numbers for us.

I remember Jones playing hurt. He seems to be much less than the linear equivalent.

Does he start back at 0 as a slow starter, o does he come back at the level he left?

There is a thread in the Sandbox talking about the Great Reset. I fear that will apply to RJ as well.

RJ was playing pretty well before going out IMO. I was hoping he was on the upswing.

Didn't Rylan have a concussion earlier in the year as well?

I think we'll be okay without Rylan. Ashworth will have to pick up the slack and he is capable of running the point along with ER.

I disagree. Rylan is our best PG and leads the team in assists.

That said, I don't see us beating BSU either way, so it doesn't matter.

Want to give a shout out to Eytle Rock. He played great tonight. Need that kind of performance going forward. Was nice to see.

Yup. He was a big reason we generated some offense. Nice to see him have some aggression especially considering he is coming off illness.
