Do we want any BYU Players?

Do we have room for any of their players? As of right now I'm not sure we have that many remaining spots.

I would take Hall, Saunders, Robinson and obviously Collin Chandler & Isaac Davis.

Khalifa is a good player but he can’t guard.

I’d add Baker to this list, if we couldn’t get Hall.

Other than that? I’m good.

BYU has talented players that we want. Dallin Hall and Collin Chandler are who I want the Aggies to get. The roster is low on remaining spots, but spots do exist.
In the portal, Dallin Grant, Sakho, Great Osobor, and Martinez.
The decommits are Cox, Hill, and Wynott.
We have on the roster Templin, Johnson, Falslev, Uduje, Phelps, Jackson Grant, Nigel Burris, and Barnes.

I want players that help Utah State be successful. Don't care where they played last year. I'm gonna use the principle of forgiveness. I appreciate players that see the light and become Aggies.

This has worked a number of times in football. I can think of a few players coming from the zoo to USU and really helping us.

okay so we have 8 guys on the roster right now at 2 of them suck, one is a freshman who will probably redshirt. I want hall and chandler but we aren't going to get them.

GREAT thanks guys, now we'll have ybu trolls here reporting back to the clooger "bored" about how delusional Cow College fans are because we all know that there is NO WAY in he-double hocky sticks (LOL) that a clooger would ever transfer from the best University in the world, ybu, and in fact they turned Mason down because he secretly wanted to be a clooger and bla bla bla... LOL too funny.

Chandler can go to any school in the country. He isn’t coming here. If he doesn’t mind being away from home, I would guess he ends up at Kentucky.

Remove the damn ybu tag from these kids and you would take any of the three of Hall, Chandler and Robinson. Not saying they would come here but that wasn’t the original question.

I get that ybu can suck a wet fart, but some of you need to look objectively at some of these players and accept that they are good players regardless of their terrible decision to be a Zoob.

Who said they wouldn't want Chandler or Robinson, as if we have a chance at either? Is it OK, if some of us don't think Hall is the answer at PG? Doesn't seem like an issue that there can't be some disagreement on.

Really?? There are plenty of posts, in this thread and others, stating they don’t want any of them. I’m not saying we have a chance at landing any of them, but that’s not what the question was. The question was do we want any of them and for me that would be a Yes! We can absolutely debate whether Hall would be a good fit for PG. I’m not sure myself he’s best suited at the point, I think his skills fit better at the 2 position. I’m in the camp that Hall is the type of kid USU should pursue because I think he could add quite a bit of value to the team.

You should watch more film of our committed players to see if that helps them improve too.

Richie started on the Riverton team as a freshman when I was there as a student, those were some dang fun games to watch. We overused the “Just a freshman” chant that year

he then promptly leveled up to wasatch haha. I’d love to see him as an Aggie

Would definitely want Saunders, I think he still has upside, would be a very good player for USU. Robinson, Traore, Khalifa, Hall would all be very good additions too if they were available.

We can't sign a PG from Queens and then say we are too good for any players on a team that was top 20 most of the year and a higher seed than we have ever been.

I have deep prejudices that are immune to logic and reason. If any of their kids show up in Logan and the taint appears to have washed off, I will welcome them. Until then, we are too good.

Hall is not going to Utah State. He’s pulling the old move of “get your boosters to pony up the money, so that you don’t leave to a rival school”.
